We are located in Ohio, Processing time for all Ready To Wear designs is 3 business days.
Business days are Monday - Friday.
Processing time for all Made to Order designs is 10 business days depending on the design.
Every garment has a specific estimated time, written in the description box.
DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, delivery will take 1-10 business days depending on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
OUR SHIPPING CARRIER IS USPS
-Shipping options are as follows -
1 to 2 business day (overnight)
4 business days (Priority Mail)
ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY. IF YOU RECEIVE AN ORANGE SLIP FROM THE POST OFFICE, YOU NEED TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE TO RETRIEVE YOUR PACKAGE.
IF YOU FAIL TO RETRIEVE YOUR PACKAGE AND ITS RETURNED, YOU WILL PAY A SHIPPING FEE FOR US TO RESEND IT AGAIN.
Once shipped you will automatically receive an email with the tracking information.
The Kingdom Fashion is not responsible for packages once they are shipped.
